You can experience the rehearsals being held at Houshoukai Karate Club.
内容：道衣着用、挨拶、礼節、基本稽古、ミット打ち。初心者でもを楽しめる内容です。
Contents: Wearing a robe, greeting, courtesy, basic training, mitting. It is a content that even beginners can enjoy.

There are many challenges about living overseas. I suddenly had very low
confidence and decided to learn martial arts. Since practicing Karate at
Houshoukai, I feel an improvement in my sense of physical and mental health,
and have also been able to feel more connected to ancient culture.
